Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with the emphasis on core strength. Pilates classes at Dance First are suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. We supply all equipment that may be used in class (resistance balls, stretch bands and small hand weights). We also supply floor mats, however you are welcome to bring your own.
