
Yoga at Dance First
Dance First is very excited to be introducing YOGA to our timetable.

Yoga is a wonderful way to increase body awareness.

As well as relaxing the mind, some other benefits are improved flexibility and strength.

Come join our wonderful instructor Hela as she guides you through a 60 minute class.
•
We are kick starting with a 5 week introduction course starting on Sunday 23 February.

What a great way to end the weekend and prepare for the week ahead.
